I do not order a lot from Associated Bag but every time I do, the experience is nothing short of amazing! I couldn’t find my order history, so I guessed on my online order. I got a phone call just minutes later from Vicki. I was so glad she called me. I ordered the wrong item. She looked up my history, changed my online order to what I really wanted, and sent me a revised email with all the correct info.Anyone else, you place an order, and they are done with you after that, right or wrong. Vicki tracked my shipment and reached out after it was delivered, to make sure all was good. ONLY real people and people who care, do things like this. The service they provide is pretty much a lost art (like preserving food or sewing a quilt). Pretty much everywhere is automated prompts and AI. If all places I did business with were personable and reactive like Associated Bag, the world would be a much better place.
